Nemus strengthens its presence in Brazil

About two months after starting the Salvador-Itaparica bridge assessment the ConsortiumNEMUS/V&S Ambiental is awarded a new project in Salvador, this time for the companies Odebrecht Properties Parcerias and Construtora Norberto Odebrecht.

Odebrecht Properties Parcerias and Construtora Norberto Odebrecht were authorized by the Managing Council of Concessions of the municipality of Salvador to submit an expression of interest from the private sector (MIP) for conducting feasibility studies of urban redevelopment projects in the old city centre, Itapagipe Peninsula and along the shoreline of Salvador. The MIP is a legal instrument under the law of concessions, which enables private initiative to present projects for the cities.

Consortium NEMUS/V&S Ambiental will be responsible for the environmental and socio-economic studies supporting the MIP’s urban development studies, which should be completed in April.
